Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unopened with the tags and plastic intact. 

Returns will be provided minus the original cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. 

To start a return, you can contact us at foxwreathsupplies@gmail.com. You must be granted approval prior to returning an item to us. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. You may want to consider purchasing insurance on your return package if the items are of significant value. You are also responsible for providing us with a tracking number for return verification. Please include a COPY of your original packing slip with your return order. 
All return items must be new and in the original packaging with tags and plastic intact. If you fail to return items in their original condition, we will not issue you a refund. If you wish to have the damaged item shipped back to you, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the returned item.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. If you received a product from us that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we reserve the right to deny a replacement product or refund. 


Non-returnable items
Products offered at a discounted price are final sale items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
